      • Well, because we're talking TODAY... that takes Pancho (the reigning IL Pale Ale) out of the picture.

So based on what's happening today, I'd say the IL Stout Starters are Carlton (R) and Magness (L).

Assume Porter counters with Wilkerson (R) but who is the Lefty?

Shouldn't take more than a few days and needn't actually interfere with the normal offseason sim schedule, since it could be on the side.
Yeah I didn't test it to be honest but I did see something about a clone player feature in the OOTP 11 forums. I think you'd just need to clone the players who make the team, schedule some exhibition games and run the sims.

          Here's the Ale team btw:

You may need to petition the league office to change the team name from the Guides to “The Walking Wounded”. The injury gods have not been kind to you my friend.

I don’t want to speak for Linty, but my assumption would be someone named Donato Guardamagni, whoever that is.

Also, are you sure you don’t want a do-over on the Stout LHP? I’m not certain Magness is even the best lefty on your own team (not meant to disparage Magness in any way, he’s a fine pitcher, I just think you might be able to do better IMO).

Well, I know Linty is going to play STATS. That's kind of his thing. So I went with the lefty that is 5-1 with the 1.08 WHIP and 1.79 ERA.

Sweet. So you're picking an injured player. I like our chances there.

Well, then if I were Linty I would say he has accumulated those stats against teams other than the Porter players he would be facing, save for 1 fine effort against Baltimore in his home park.

We're not getting off the bus right now are we? I figured there'd be a little "get to know you" time for the players to mesh a bit. I assumed a 1-2 week injury would be viewed a bit differently than Herrera's.

Hey, I kept saying "TODAY"... but if we are talking hypotheticals, I'm sure Guardamagni's major talent drop from the injury (hypothetically) will have an impact.

BTW - You need to change the format of those quotes in your SIG. Blends into your posts.

That never matters to Linty. He just looks at the numbers.
