Andrew, what exactly is the hidden player option? I know it was disabled when creating the league, is it possible to enable it when switching to 2007?

No, it has to be set when your first start the league unfortunately.

Basically it creates hidden players all over the world and you can send your scouts out to find them and sign them. There was a huge bug in this feature when 2006 first came out so I didn't enable it.
