There's several different processes, depending on whether anybody was called up or sent down.

For Owners - No Transactions
1. Major League manager exports from major league team.
2. Minor League manager exports from minor league team.

For Owners - With Transactions
1. Major League manager exports from minor league team after making transactions.
2. Minor League manager imports from minor league team to obtain the transactions.
3. Minor League manager exports from minor league team.

For the Commish
1. Import all teams from FTP (only includes Major League teams)
2. Import Minor League teams individually from each team page.

Please note that I've tested this in an offline environment, but not with the ftp server. Robster, did you ever hear from the beta commish about me taking over your minor league team?

I import your team first, then the minor league team. The Major League exports include all minor league changes but his minor league export overwrites the section for his specific team.
