No definitely not. He would need to be an IL manager pick. Which I would assume he won't be picked since he has 0 IL AB's.

I feel comfortable in confirming that assumption.

I'm sure Clay will be on shortly to lobby for his inclusion so he can collect the 100k.

Well, I look forward to it, though it will be a tough sell . . .and a tough audience.

I don't need the 100K, but the unfortunate timing ends his consecutive ASG streak.

Getting Gremades one week earlier is worth it in the long run.

Making trades prior to the deadline is always valuable as a contender.

You could hold off on consumating the deal until after the ASG if it bothers you.

He'll live. I think the one missed ASG will be off-set by the lefty friendly Colonial Park in some day building his HOF resume.

Good call. Then he doesn't play in Phillips Field until next year.

                            • We should also note that the only manager pick of the Maine players was Clarence Evans.

The other 8 Maine players were selected by your voting so if you're mad about it, you only have yourselves to blame.

edit: Maine deserved the representation, anyway.

I'd also like to relish this opportunity as DL manager- I think its going to be a LONG time before I get back to this position ;)
