Romo's a lock. Tardif deserves some consideration. He's been outstanding, but the IL is loaded with some great pitchers this year.

Dallas pimps:
- CL: Diaz is the only DL closer 100% in save percentage. I had started the year with him as a starter so that has inflated his ERA a little but since he's been put back in the CL position he's been lights out.
- Quick pimps...Denver Brode (most wins in DL), Eneas Sanchez (very low run support from team but has put up great numbers), Yi & McMonies (both putting up great relief stats).
- (Spectre & Carlos): I don't think a DL All-Star team would be complete without Jose Guzman. He was injured for 1 month so he doesn't qualify to be on the ballot. He's putting up his usual numbers though: .329, 7 HR, .422 OBP & .553 SLG.Last edited by Jim; 04-08-2010, 10:13 AM.Dallas Snappers

I originally had Tardif checked for one of my picks but like you said too many good IL pitchers so ended up going with someone else. I think he should be a managers pick though.
Not sure if Matt pimped Cobb but if he didn't I will for him. I picked him over Gilbertson also in part due to the power vs. AVG. If Cobb didn't get for 3 weeks I'm sure he'd have even more HRs, RBIs, etc. I think he deserves a starting spot.Last edited by Jim; 04-08-2010, 10:19 AM.Dallas Snappers

Tardif is another guy who has a really cool career to look at.
Coming into the league, he was a power pitcher with plus control.
Now that he's older (all of 25) he's really learned to pitch and is one of the toughest guys to work a walk off of in all of the BLB.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013
