BLB 4 year anniversary

9 out of 20 original teams isn't bad. 3/4 expansion teams are original as well if you want to count them.

I think I got invited to be an original Owner, but I just wasn't a text guy. Sully swayed me when GIGGAS left. I feel like I'm the original Virginia owner though.

I definitely remember the GIGGAS days. Sure, he made some dumb moves, but he was a good owner. Very active on the forums, exporting (I believe, at least early on), active pursuing trades, voting, etc.

My first trade ever was actually with Giggas.

I sometimes forget that I'm not an original owner. This team started off as the "Yankees." How did you guys let that fly?

Same here. I actually thought I was signing up for a different type of game...didn't know it was a text sim. Once I found out I was thinking about bailing. I decided to stay on but then almost bailed again when I found out it was fictional (my wife still calls it my 'fake baseball league').

I'm glad I stuck around...it's been a lot of fun.
