He has 212 right now. Out for a month. Let's say he finishes the year at 220.

He would need 80? He turns 36 next month. He would need 20 a year four the next four seasons? No chance.

That was meant more as a statement about the difficulty of someone reaching 300 more than the inevitable end of the league. That being said, I never thought I'd leave OS either.

I think Corrigan will take a step back in performance after this season, but he can still definitely be a 200 inning, 15+ win, 3.00-3.50 ERA, type pitcher, for a few more years.

If he can put up those numbers through the end of his contract I will be very happy.

Anyone else notice that Sergio Lumar came back and hit a HR to tie him with Eires for #1 on the all-time list (336)? However, in his absense, Keppel has now pulled just 1 behind (335)and will likely hold the crown in the next few weeks.
