      3-3

How we had a team ERA of 6.23 and went 3-3 is beyond me. My pitching has been absolutely atrocious this season.

      Good

      - A .278 batting average for the week.
      - After almost being cut in the off-season C Hidrogo is now batting .313 after winning Player of the Week!
      - 2 saves, 0 ER by CL Bayer for the week
      - Rookie SS Edmonds hit .440 for the week and is now batting .366 for the year.

      Bad

      - Robby Crockett...1 hit in 25 bats. Pitcher Doug Gallagher had 1 hit in 3 AB's, and it was a double.
      - What is wrong with Jesus? Another sub-par week and he's batting .231/.311/.364. Can't we just have something go right in Batavia?
      - Pitching sucks

Mediocrity is the name of the game right now in Mississippi. We're really missing Don Leonard right now.

Curt Dodon is beastly right now at the plate though at the plate.

What the hell is going on in the IL?

You were almost right Pat. A sweep was definitely on the table...

What a frustrating sim. We were in every game... just couldn't pull them out.

I know we can have Andrew decline future options, can we have him decline future arbitration?

4 - 2 sim. Los Lunas fans are now calling our league-leading bullpen "The Pig Pen". Los Lunas sports writers have dubbed relievers Ramirez, Vasquez, Closson and Uchida "The Four Pigs of the Apocalypse".

My leadoff and #2 hitters each have 10 dingers. Now if I can only get my #3, #4 and #5 guys to start swinging a heavier bat...

Good grief. Carlton and Pateshall both lose a game in the same week. The earth must have spun off its axis.

4-2 week for us, better than I could have expected. We got 3 walk-off wins so it certainly didn't lack for drama. Also ended Carlton's ridiculous streak.

We're now 2 games up in the Bock. I can't see it lasting for long, but at least we're in contention for now.

Teagan Corrigan is so good he can throw a 4-hit shutout with elbow tendinitis. Impressive.

So its settled. The DL Pale Ale should be renamed to the Corrigan.
