Well, there's no chance I'll ever finish above the Commish, who runs the sims. But from last years shitshow, to finishing with 89 wins this season, 7th best in the league, I guess I can't complain too much. Just hate the corruption...

Shitshow is a very under used term.

Not a bad year overall for Pedro Eires. Led the league with 47 HR, 140 RBI, .518 slugging, 4th in OPS and played in every game.

Not a great year for Pawtucket. Hung around long enough so that the trade deadline passed, then fell off a cliff, yet not far enough for a good draft pick.

Nice to win another tight race. It didn't look good with the injuries but our farm system was a great help. I felt that not shaking up the team was the best thing to do this year.

Now to avoid another playoff collapse. If we fail again I'm gonna feel like the old Red Wing teams.

McOwl, one win away from giving us 3 20 game winners.

Also we played some young guys down the stretch who showed some flash.

This will be the last few weeks of Windley's career with the Playboys. It will be interesting to see how much somebody ends up paying him. He's just asking for way too much from us. Catcher is a very solid position in the organization so I'm fine with letting him walk.

Congrats Jistic. I'm disappointed, but at least I made you work for it. Sucks to win 103 games and be sitting at home for the playoffs though.

Hopefully we'll see a different result next year.

You had a great year. Two years in a row where we had the best record in baseball but I had to sweat every sim. I think we'll have a great rivalry for years to come.

Also Andrew, I hope you can hold off on that playoff sim til Monday. My computer at home is shot. I'm rebuilding it, but I probably won't have it up in time. I can fix my roster though and upload it from work on Monday.

            Sorry.

Weird year for the Brawlers. We went 68 and 35 for April, May, June and September which I am pretty sure was the best record in the BLB for those months. But 21 and 33 in July and August doomed us to irrelevancy in a tough division. I don't understand how a team that played so well for long strches could play so poorly for two months.

I can't even blame the problems on the numerous injuries to the starting pitchers as the pitching actually held up fairly well but the hitting just disappeared for two months.
