My scout is pretty frugal with the praise. Out of the top 10 picks, he feels that only 4 of the guys have a legit chance at being stars in the BLB. Of course our pick is one of them.
Sorry, Clay.Last edited by Delandis; 04-05-2010, 05:15 PM.

The only thing is that my scout is 62 and I just signed him to a 4 year extension. I hope he lives to see it through.

My scout loves a lot of people OSA hates. Some he totally agrees on. I never take top 100 seriously though. I've had way too many flameouts on that list, some hits, and other guys who my scout just loved but would never rank, and pan out.
But look at it this way. There's great players in the league that I know are great that my scout is "meh" about.WINDY CITY PLAYBOYS

What I find pathetic is that we've had close to 30 draft picks over the past two drafts...many of them in the 1st-3rd round...and we have 2 guys on the Top 100 list...and one of them was from a trade.
I draft by scout...I draft by OSA...nothing, nada.

I didn't have jack come out of my farm for several years- being an expansion franchise takes time to establish a farm system. Recently, I've produced Anibal Calderon, Joe Rojas, Curt Dodson, Don Leonard, among others to show there is hope.
