You have to 21 to leave College/Cape league. That is, unless your birthday is before June 12. In that case, the player will leave when they are 20 because they will turn 21 before the draft.
In the case of Eron Deleón, he'll have three more seasons after this one.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013

So now that our scouts got a 2nd look and OSA has taken a gander, what is everyone's thoughts on the draft?
My 1st Round Pick has already gone down in ratings according to my scout. No longer 4-6-8, he is now 3-5-5. Fantastico!Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
Washington Bats - 1979-2013

All my picks went down in flames. I'm not worried YET, because my scout is an 80 at amateurs, but only a 75 in minors. I'm guessing while the players won't be as good as my scout thinks, they also won't be as bad as he sees them now.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013

What's really interesting, is my international pick, Yoshinori Shibutani, kept his ratings. My scouting budget had $0 for international scouting. But Shibutani has been evaluated by my scout again since being drafted and he likes him the same.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

Robby Bowen and Thang Mac both made debuts in the BLB Top 100, which was good. The pitchers I drafted didn't have nearly the same amount of success- a lot of them took ratings hits after my scout got a better look.
My scout orgasms whenever he talks about Thang Mac so I hope he stays as enthusiastic.

My guys... and the Cali guys that my Scout loved... are going to be just fine. The Great One!

My 1st round pick jumped into the Top 25 and atop Denver's Prospects List.
However, considering the same happened to Willie Stevens, I'm not exactly confident. I'm jsut relieved that Pete Jones (last year's first round pick) has survived another major look and is still considered a top prospect.
We'll see.Denver Bulls
