Well it's either that, or re-start the draft. You make it sound like it was obvious that this was going to happen yet the issue was never raised until now.

Well, I won't say that I saw this coming, but I think it is pretty obvious now that we were going to run into it eventually. I guess it was an oversight on everyone's part.

It is what it is. It sucks I don't get the pick, and I lose a player I would've been happy to bring back at 40% of his original asking price. I've always hated that about this game.

I have one guy I really want. If I don't get him with my next pick, I'll trade down.

Clay with another steal in Del McMillan. McMillan is the most advanced hitter in the draft and could possibly move quickly if his contact rating comes along.

Anyone hoping to make McMillan a starter will be disapointed, but I could see him having a future as a role player.

McMillan is a dominant offensive player who could anchor any lineup for years to come. It's possible he could be Hall of Fame material. His aggressive approach could result in a .350/.430/.530 season. Not many teams have a hitter with these skills.

McMillan is another guy I seriously considered at 1.2 and 1.14. Shocked to see him at 2.14.

He's not my normal style player, but I love his upside and his advanced ratings. My scouts see him as less of the prototypical Colonials... but actually more like a Washington Bat. 7-8-4-7-8. High OBP guy who isn't going to beat you with the long ball, but could still give you 10-12 a year. Could easily be fast-tracked for the loss of Vincent Nino after '91.

5-4-4... possible long reliever... if you make him a SP I think he's AAAA at best.

The only pick of yours that my scout likes and I would have taken in the 1st two rounds was Robbins. All your other guys were not even in my top 50.

Are you going by your scout or are you just picking the guys you think will work out based upon your exp playing this game?

What other owner would still be finding ways to use Yan Van Adel's Darko-esque ass just to avoid calling him a total bust????
