My scout says 88887. Surely he won't reach those numbers, but if he gets close he will be a solid player.

So is it going to be pronounced "Tha-Lett-ah" or "Thell-ette"?

Or "The Latte"? with a french accent?

Thank god it's not just my scout.

He has a long way to go, but based on his potential ratings, Gonzalez was #1 on my board. In a few months, I'm sure my scout will hate him.

For now, I have him at 7-8-8-8-6.

BTW, I'm sitting at 1.12 and I'm willing to trade up if anyone wants to move down a spot or two.

He's already informed me he is changing his name. :)

As for the pick what can I say...my scout had a few guys way higher but I can only take so many busts. I figured if the OSA report was good too it's worth a shot.

My scout had Pepe as the #1 player in the entire draft based on potential and his list. Great pick Carolina.

Yea, Pepe was high on my board too.

I'm really surprised that two of my favorite players are still available. It might be three but one of the guys was a reliever and though my scout ranked the guy high, he didn't want to draft him until the second round.

I don't know what to believe...

My top two pitchers and hitters were still on the board. Pagan was my top pitcher on the board last year, so I decided to go pitcher again this year and select Ismael Ortega.

Am I getting a sandwich pick for the Campoveroe signing?

You just took the one pitcher I really wanted.

That's good to hear. I had him rated 6-8-5.

                          Compared to others:

                          Dimmick 5-6-6
                          Robbins 5-4-4
                          Miner 7-4-3

I had Castaneda as the second best offensively, with the best still being available.

5-7-4 and #28 on my Top 51 list. Like him.

                              • Pepe Gonzalez is the top hitter on my board that I've seen taken. That being said, he's only 9th among my hitters. With two picks to go, I'm getting one of my Top 3 or 4 guys at 14. Thank you all.
