And JJ just rolled over in his bed.

No, no, that was not a bold prediction.

That is bold. The guy had three triples last year.

He has speed and a great eye, but you have to get hits to get 2Bs and 3Bs. He might not have 100 hits next season.

Ok I guess I'll do one.

Clarence Wetton will lead the IL in VORP and challenge for a batting title.

He also had 7 triples the year before, so its not out of the question. I think he raises that average about 30-40 points this year. He's progressing the same way Pat Washington did. Another guy that I brought from the minors a bit too early.

I'll do a bunch for my team, but will have to dig deeper to expand league wide....

                            ***

Mel Woodbury will finish in the Top 3 for IL Stout Slugger again this season, but fall just short of winning a back to back title.

                            ***

The Virginia Colonials' 100% Homegrown Starting Rotation will feature a 20-game winner, a 15 game winner and three with 10 Wins or more. All 5 starters in Double-Digit wins plus two 200 K guys.

                            ***

The Virginia Colonials will NOT win the STOUT.... NOT win the Wildcard.... and finish 3rd in the division.

                            ***

Dale O'Hegarty will reclaim his starting All-Star SS spot.

                            ***

A Virginia Colonial will win the Stolen Base title for the 5th consecutive season.

I'll do my part to make this happen by moving Geoff Scott off of SS to 2B.
