I don't have the game in front of me. What do people have Kraft rated as? Both his stuff/movement/control and his individual pitches?

And, even if you were played like a fiddle, if the result is getting a legit #1 (even if he isn't a Pale Ale winner), it's a win-win.
I think you're going to be very happy with your pitching staff. The Great One!

Should be a great #1 or #2 for you though!

My thing is... I don't think there is any question he can start.... He started his last four games in LL last season:

I take 5.0 - 7.0 innings and less than 5 hits any day. Just means you need to make sure that 'Pen is solid. The Great One!

I think O'Moore is the perfect comparison for most relievers that are being considered as starters. He is a high stuff guy with only 2 "plus" pitches and has relatively low endurance for a starter. I actually think Kraft's high GB% makes up a good chunk of the endurance difference between the two.
I will be very surprised if Kraft doesn't post a sub 3.00 ERA and 185+ IP next season. He may not be your typical workhorse type #1 but he is definitely an ace.

On Kraft I will just say, I'm glad he went to the DL and not an IL contender.Philly Freedom

i'm curious what the other offers for kraft were. i didn't see any (and unless i'm wrong, the game didn't show me because mine was the best offer). i wonder if i offered far and away more than anyone else. like much of the pre FA talk, i expected to have to up my offer from the initial.
1. Driving up his price. I offered him $45 MM over 3 Years (this didn't happen as I already knew you had likely offered much more and I wasn't interested in going really crazy and ending up hurting myself)
2. Signing him and figuring it's a good problem to have.Denver Bulls
