That is a very nice 1-2 punch. I think you spent well for them too. Parangao for two years is just shrewd and I really like that you grabbed Kraft for 4 years rather than going to a fifth year.

Spent money, but you did it smart.

Yes...but Jerry Kraft wants to start, with the change to OOTP X, he has the amount of pitches and the stamina necessary to do so. He will be very, very good as a SP.

He's a closer in title only. He'll be a SP for Sin City, no doubt.

claphasma, can you go step-by-step with us on what you're doing to export?

Hate to see you miss out on free agents if you have the opportunity to pick up someone.

My scout may be off but he shows 3 for endurance. He can start but can he really give more than 5 innings? Or do other scouts show 4 or more?

                If he pitches well enough.

He is pretty similar to Carlton, who usually lasted 5-7 innings. He had one shutout. I think his average innings per start was probably 6 1/2. I think Kraft actually might be a better pitcher but not quite the endurance. OSA has Carlton 4 endurance and Kraft 3. I don't have the game handy.

But they are different types of pitchers. Carlton is control. Kraft is stuff. That probably bodes well for Carlton and his lower endurance. He throws the ball in the strikezone and likely can get through an inning with just a few pitches. If Kraft is going up there trying to strikeout everyone like he did as a closer, he might not get out of the third.

I had Fritsch start last year and he did well until late in the season.

I hate the off-season. I spend way too much time over-analyzing my team.

So when do the college and high school seasons start. I don't see their schedules on the game.

Mid-March. They are in their Pre-Season right now.
