No.... but every two weeks your scout updates the players.
Go to Reports ---> Player Development and you'll be able to see what the up to date ratings are.
Gene Robinson who my scout had as my top prospect for over a year went from potential 6-5-7 to 4-5-5 overnight.
You don't get a completely new report sometime until October/November.
I knew I was in trouble when I checked my scout's last report and Robinson fell from the #1 prospect in my scout's eye to #10.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013

I had three prospects drop.

So I don't see a Player Development option under Reports at all. I see a reports dropdown in the BLB menu and a reports tab on my team page but that is it.

Did I miss the sim where we update our scouting budgets for '89? I believe that's why most of us are not getting our 2-week reports. I do remember getting them last year. I see Cali and the Bats are two of the few teams that have over 2 million allocated for scouting.
