I'd love to see an overall star rating system implemented with the 1-20 attribute rating scale.

This would give us a more in-depth assessment of a player's attributes by our scouts, but still have the ambiguity of a 1-5 overall star rating.

Can't vote since 1 - 20 isn't an option here. That's what I voted for in the rating scale poll.

Whatever rating system we use it should be the same for overall as the scale used. Not have one at 20 - 80 and the other at 2 - 8.
It takes neither courage nor intelligence to cheer for a team only when that team wins. The true test of a fan's mettle is the same as it is for a player: Were you there when you were needed?

Overall is either 20-80, or Stars (1-5). You don't have all the choices that the normal ratings have.

So then this has changed from 2006 and previous versions?

Yes, in the fact that they re-added stars. 2006 was only 20-80 and I believe 6.5 was only Stars.

Are we talking about the same thing?

                I don't think so.

I know for a fact in 2006 you could set overall ratings and scale ratings to any of the choices available, 1-5, 2-8, 1-10, 1-20, 20-80, & 1-100.

These are the ratings options for 2007:

                  And for 2006:

I'm talking about the Overall/Potential rating, in which the choices are 20-80 and Stars. This option definitely didn't exist in 2006.

This vote has been pretty inconclusive so I'm going to stick with what we have now. 2-8 for ratings and 20-80 overall. However, I'm going to switch coaches ratings to 20-80 as well.
