Wow, 5-1 week for me, combined with a 1-6 week for Windy City. 4.5 games closer than I was a week ago. Back within striking distance, with a HUGE series against the Playboys this sim.

For the first time ever I say, "My export didn't go through."

Oh well. Dominated Windy City, then got dominated by Carolina.

          You're welcome.

Ha, I don't get my team. Earlier in the year we went on that tear, like an 8 game win streak, then we lost a ton of games, now it's a 6 game win streak again. And I must say, Gremades is on fire.

Just saw I won the AA championship.

Down 0-2 in the AAA championship.

Overall a pretty bad week for me. Split a 4 game series with Denver, but then got swept by Dallas. My middle infield is pretty beat up. I just lost my backup SS for 2-3 months. At least I'm getting my 2B back this week. I have some guy up in the majors that really has no business being there.

                  Gil O'Moore had another decent outing. 7.1 IP, 7 H, 3 R, 2 BB, 6 K.

Pawtucket is doing its best to screw itself out of a good draft pick. But Pedro Eires is at 42 and counting for the BLB homerun record.

I put a couple of my AAA call-ups into the Starting Lineups this week. All in all, they did pretty well. However, my 22 year old OF prospect who had a really nice AAA season, Jack Kennedy, ruptured a disc making a throw on 9/8. That's his 3rd back injury since 1978. He's out 7 months. I like this guy, but I'm starting to think he is fragile.

Looks like I won the A championship. (woo hoo!)

Sakai didn't do quite as well as I had hoped. 5 runs allowed in 2 innings work. I'm debating whether to give him another start. Palencia struggled as well, but Freestone had a couple quality starts (2 triples in 7 AB's!!).

On a 9 game losing streak... making sure I get that 2nd pick.

Every single player except Theodore decided to simply slump this week...every one. I don't understand how we do this from time to time. We just seem to have lapses when everyone quits.

Good news, still up 4 games in the loss column. And for the first time all year we're 100% healthy. Gonna send down the riff-raff and tighten up. Apparently we weren't interested in coasting the rest of the way.

                          So, all hands on deck!

It was about time you lost some games. Certainly makes our 3 game series this sim very interesting. I absolutely have to win that series, probably sweep it. Unfortunately for me, Ponte has been shelled lately. It'll be tough, but at least I'm in the race. That's all I can ask for.

I get Murcott back this week, gotta figure out what to do with that. His replacement Will Porter has been on fire since I put him in the lineup.

Yeah I gotta play all my starters. Don't know if this game has 'rust' but Hoover and Kishima are going back out there. REd Alert!
