I thought this was an interesting occurence. It happened during my 1901-2007 historical replay:

Friday, April 4th, 1930: Hack Wilson Injured in Freak Off-field Accident Boston center fielder Hack Wilson has a bruised cheekbone, which he suffered when his girlfriend beat him up. He's expected to be out for 2 weeks.

I'm assuming Teddy Ballgame doesn't go to war in this SIM and therefore more stellar numbers?

Correct. That's a pretty believable HR total for him, if he didn't go to war. Twice.

Gotta give respect to the Marine Aviator in WWII and the Korean War.
