Changes / Improvements in Website

Any suggestions on how I can make this site better? Some of it is dependent on how the new version creates its reports. I'd like to integrate them into the site like the other pages (rules, owners, etc) but it may not be possible.

I'd want all the site construction stuff done before we start, so please offer any suggestions or point out anything that I missed now.
