Darn...the OOTP scouts are not very happy with my minor league players. My scout seems to be in love with them.

Also is there a way to see if my players ratings went up/dropped?

Matt, Player Development report from the main OOTP page.

Also... I am really interested to see how Trey Dunlap does, moving from A ball to the big leagues.

Yeah, me too. In reality the guy should have been out of A ball three years ago. We'll have to see how it goes, but I have no problem with the gamble. He was the second guy I wanted in the Rule V, but I missed the first one. I really wanted a middle infielder, but no dice.

          Why isn't D.T. Fitts on Pittsburgh's roster?

          Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

I released the 3 players Pittsburgh signed. Not sure how he was actually able to sign players since FA hadn't started yet.

I haven't looked, but when you decline arbitration those players go directly into the FA pool. This happens prior to the official FA file date so technically he could have made offers in the sim after arby and prior to the Rule V lock out. It happened in the PCBL as well.

Yeah that's true. It still shouldn't be allowed though because we sim so far ahead without any exports that nobody has a chance to counter offer.

Very small class of talent. I also offered three guys.

1 guy. Less than $2.0 total offer.

I wasn't kidding when I said I was out of FA. My #1 FA priority is getting a mutually beneficial deal signed with Virginia and Woodbury.

LL did the league a favor leaving Kraft as a CL. If he's set as a SP, I bet his starting price is higher. I still think he costs $20 to sign.

Now I'm positive I know who the guy is you are targeting.

I am very interested to see if our new longer FA sims have any impact. I hope teams who are expecting to be in a bidding war are making their best offers right away. I think lowballers are going to lose.

No... no.... no.... you're mixing things up. The guys who I said was #1 on my board IF I were spending is WAAAAAAY different than who I bid on.

To me, the #1 guy to get is Parango. But I'm not bidding on him.

Yeah... what I meant yesterday is I thought I knew who you were targeting... not the guy you said was the #1 FA. With the amount of money you spent on the player... I'm like 85% positive I know who you bid on.
