      Turning 30 this year.

I actually started working out before work in the mornings so I'm finding I need to get to bed earlier.

What's the verdict? I might be interested in checking it out. There has been a lot of positive feedback about it.

I've been doing it for 10 weeks now...just 3 left before I complete the 90. It's a pretty daunting task, especially to stay on the schedule for 3 months....but the results are pretty dramatic. It's just as important to watch your diet as it is to complete the workouts. But I would recommend it to anyone....and actually have as you see Brad and Andrew now doing it. I'm turning 30 this year and I'm now by far in the best shape of my life. And ya, I sound like an infomercial, but it's that good. if you have any more questions feel free to hit me up.

Do you need weights or anything for P90X? My brother has all the disk and I thought I might try it.
