3-0 vs. Denver, 2-1 vs. Sin City. Increased my lead to 11.5 games. Looking to cruise into the playoffs.

5-2, make up 1/2 a game on Windy City, who I've now played 4 more games than. I really need Jistic to start losing.

Bad week for players named Fallon.

This was a VERY important sim for us, and we blew it. Swept by Syracuse, at the most in opportune time. We will keep fighting, but 11.5 may be to much to come back from.

Nice 4-2, took 2 of 3 from Pawtucket and Denver, and the surge continues. Hopefully I can get back to .500 eventually.

Boy, how I miss the winning days that I enjoyed two years ago, and most of last season...

Fall 3 more behind, and lose promising A ball closer Robbie Gotay to a career ending back injury.

              Wonder-fucking-ful.

Well, it couldn't last forever....Pete Kellum finally got hurt. Apparently he suffered a concussion crashing into 2B with a double in my final game of the week, so he'll be out 1-2 weeks. The more distressing injury is Walter Lacour's. 8 innings of 2-hit shutout ball, then onto the disabled list for 3-4 weeks. Hopefully he'll get himself healed up for the stretch drive and I can tread water until his return.

A five game lead is a nice little cushion, but that can be gone in a week....

I was actually just going to make a thread the other day titled, "When will Kellum go down."

Wilmington has to make his moves while those two guys are out. His next two are against Davenport, then four against Los Almos. The following week he has two against California, and then four against Washington.

Looks like a pretty easy stretch.

Well it made my sim, hehe. BTW, I guess those scouts of yours are eating some crow right now about Kuramochi. Sorry, I just had to do it.

Nice week for us. 4-2 against 2 of the better teams in the league. Only 5 weeks til Hoover comes back, 5 weeks for Kashina, 2 weeks for Cobellan.

If all those guys come back and play the way they left off...wow.
