Wow, its amazing how much faster this game is. I don't really play too much SP anymore but this bad boy is smooth.

Latest patch seems to fix some of the goofy arbitration logic too. It's on sale now so its a great time to get it.

I think end of 1990 looks real good- this thing is miles ahead of OOTP 10.

Just miles? Not light miles?

Yep, the biggest upgrade is clearly replacing the personality ratings with brief personality write-ups. For instance, instead of having to decipher bars and number ratings for a player I can read things like: “Ordinary guy, who enjoys the occasional cigar”. That tells me everything I need to know about that player. WTF?

My overall impression of 11 is somewhat positive (I like the single game records feature, the ability to mass select players and the player comparison feature), but it is still taking me some time to get used to the new menu layout and I’m still not sure how the draft pick slotting system will work in our current financial system.
