I'm not sure how they handle suspensions IRL for RS vs. Playoffs, but I'm ok with him being suspended for 15 games, including two playoff games. Dude was throwin' haymakers!

I'm strongly in favor of turning them off after this year, but I think everything issued has to be served for this season.
    Agreed.

We could have a rule on suspensions.

        3 games -1st offense
        5 games - 2nd offense
        10 games - 3rd offense and on

Would make it fair and keep it in the game. It stays in the player history so it would be easy to track. Also it could count towards regular season games only.

My problem is I think it's clear there is a bug in it. I think turning off something known to be buggy is the better option.

I like it too, but doesn't that add more work for Andrew?

Hopefully we keep suspensions as it adds a nice dimension to the league. We don't want the league to be a free for all? Might have to change my draft strategy, we're looking kind of small.

Guess you didn't get the memo, but we stopped doing this a while ago. Thanks in advance!

Up to the owners. "Andrew plz reduce Mills susp to 3 days due to a 1st time offense" on the To Do thread.

                  Also for Clay...what's the bug?

If a player is suspended during ST, the player is not playable during the remainder of ST as well as the suspended games in the REG SEASON.

Makes perfect sense for the suspension to be for the REG SEASON games, but then they should be playable the rest of Spring Training. Perhaps BUG is the wrong word to use. Poorly designed.

Actually, the suspended player wont get injured during ST, so theres that.

                            You can play through that.
