  • SIM COMPLETE - 1988 - Regular Season 12

    Next sim: Tuesday (9pm ET)

I accidentally hit "Finish Today" when trying to export the database for the utilities so this sim was 8 days instead of 7. Tuesday's sim will be 6 days to get us back on track.

All-star voting is open until Noon ET tomorrow.

We stink, but Alvarez is on fire...and on the block!

Wow, this sim closed out an 11 game win streak and built a new four game streak.

Probably one of the best offensive weeks this season for this lineup. Borkholder is living up to his expectations - he was the last of my worries for my hitters.

Murillo will make his first career start next sim. MacOwl has earned himself a spot in the bullpen. His happiness is no concern of mine.

          Happy with the week.

Glad Gugierrez got two wins, he usually doesn't get much run support. Hopefully he'll be starting in the All-Star game...

4-2 sim for the Storm, got a little bit of breathing room and now have a 2.5 game lead.

We're pitching real well (particularly the pen) but the offense still hasn't gotten going yet. Areas had another strong start and McCoy just keeps doing his thing. It's gonna be an interesting second half for sure.

It's kind of annoying that the buttons are right next to each other. I'm surprised I haven't done that before.

Well, this ship is starting to take on water. Lost 6 of 7 in that extended SIM....while losing Mr. Castro for 6 weeks. Not going to say that's going to hurt my team, but that's going to hurt my team. Might have quickly gone from a buyers market to a sellers market

I got smoked by some great pitching this SIM. That Windy City staff is nasty, nasty... like Stomach Flu nasty. Fortunate to steal one there.

Philly... I felt like I played with... caught some bad breaks. When you 2-hit the team and still lose 1-0, you need to work on some things.

Still hanging around just close enough to be interested to see what can happen when Magness comes back in 4 weeks. Herrerra has been an admirable fill-in in the ACE role. He's now won 6 in a row and undefeated in 9 starts. I hope the All-Star Managers see what the voters didn't.
                    The Great One!

                    To many rings to count...

What's the process to put someone on revocable trade waivers so that I can move them down to AAA?

Trade waivers don't happen until after the trade deadline. If you want to demote somebody to AAA put them on waivers in game. After they clear you can demote them (assuming they don't refuse the demotion if they have the right to).

If you need to get them off the roster immediately you can put them in DFA while waiting for them to clear waivers.

Well last time I did that, the guy was snatched by Hartford. Can I put I put him on waivers and if someone claims him, pull him back?

When you put him on waivers it should prompt you to automatically pull him back if claimed.
