Do players take a morale hit if you change their positions back and forth?
I switched him back to SP and just want to be sure it's not going to "confuse" him to go from SP>MR>SP in a day.

Yea, I haven't noticed guys realize that you're changing their position manually.
It's about playing time. A guy will know he's relieving instead of starting because of his work load. For example, simply making a reliever into a SP and then having him relieve isn't going to make him think he's a starter.Denver Bulls

I'm sure many know by now that Ask Manager has a specific system. Best pitcher is always the ace and it goes down from there. Best reliever always becomes the closer and then the next two best become set-up men.
Just a heads up that locking a player into a starter will override that system.Denver Bulls
