That's exactly when it happened. When you ask the manager for staff they will change the roles as well.

Yep. Starters have changed into closers for me because of ask manager.

Do players take a morale hit if you change their positions back and forth?

I switched him back to SP and just want to be sure it's not going to "confuse" him to go from SP>MR>SP in a day.

        Thanks for the feedback guys.

At the minor league level, I don't think so. Players dont really have a specified role (starter/bullpen) that they want to play, so I think they're just happy to be there.

Yea, I haven't noticed guys realize that you're changing their position manually.

It's about playing time. A guy will know he's relieving instead of starting because of his work load. For example, simply making a reliever into a SP and then having him relieve isn't going to make him think he's a starter.

Well I represented the DL well

We took out those pretenders from the Porter and swept California and took 2/3 from Philadelphia.

I never knew this, but tried it and noticed something awkward about it. Nothing you can't fix with a little manual overriding (I normally use ask manager as a suggestion for the minors).

When setting a player to lock in as a starter, Ask Manager will always place that player at the top of your rotation.

I'm sure many know by now that Ask Manager has a specific system. Best pitcher is always the ace and it goes down from there. Best reliever always becomes the closer and then the next two best become set-up men.

Just a heads up that locking a player into a starter will override that system.

                  I appreciate it.
