I've won the division four of the last five years. Wildcard in the season I didn't win the Stout.

      6-1 sim for Mississippi

My team is hot right now, and getting great pitching. I don't expect them to keep it up for much longer but when Kirby, Latham, and Samarano are swinging a hot bat, this offense is deadly.

Getting Eric McCoy has been clutch for my team, he's the first real reliable closer I've had in franchise history. He's just quietly going about his business right now.

So you've "run away with the division" four times and won one.... so why does anyone care about you running away with it this season (through less than a third of the season)?

I don't know why but Clay, you clearly care.

Not at all... it's actually my point... no one does. In fact, probably even less because you're clearly running away with the weakest division because there are not two teams over .500, right? Your words.

I completely agree. Honestly I didn't even think my team would be in the discussion. I always focus on pitching, and hitting comes second...but somehow its changed this season. I do believe that my hitting is currently overperforming, while my pitching is underperforming. My bullpen has too good of ratings to pitch like that. Regardless, things could be worse.

Files are due Sunday night but the sim will be Monday. I need the extra day to enter the draft results.

Good. I like being under the radar.

On average, how many days do you rest a tired player(non-pitcher)?

I don't use 7-day line-ups so I go by the depth charts and have it set to sit starters when tired. My starters play a lot of games but they're rarely tired...maybe because my team doctor has rating of 80 for heal fatigue?

                              Didn't see Non-Pitcher.

Catchers pretty much have to rest at least one day on a 6 game week.

1B's and DH's really never have to take a day off.

Everyone else, it's kind of hit and miss. Not sure what the effects of playing tired are.

Read in the OOTP manual that players don't perform as well, and are more prone to injury.
