              Too many guys with injury history to count on... plus... three Starting Pitchers under 21 including one who has never started a game at any level.

              Yes, if healthy, I should have the Offense to beat... but there are still lots of question marks and Washington is just consistant. I think it's a race in the Stout... and we may have the two best records... but I'm giving him a slim win.

              I've been working on my team's Season Preview the last two days. I think that has made me gunshy.

                        He should be. He's only thrown 26.1 BLB innings. The limit is 50 IP.

                        From the Rules page: Rookie eligibility is: A player with less than 130 at-bats, a pitcher with less than 50 innings pitched.
