More importantly, I don't think your draft so many busts comment is valid. I think I am above the league average (or at least at it) for "hits" versus "busts". I've had some bad luck in the 1st round early in my drafting career, but I bet I hit on as many or more 2nd-4th rounders as anyone else in the league. The Great One!

But, lets just say that you beat me out for him in free agency. My scout thinks he's just fine (actually, he thinks he's better) and he loved him last year too.
edit: I'm assuming that's the same story with Revenant? Huge injury but seems about fine.Last edited by Carlos; 11-19-2009, 04:50 PM.Denver Bulls

I think he could be really good on my pitching staff. My defense is normally top notch and I think he could easily have a sub 3.50 ERA and over 200 innings.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

In my opinion, Maeda's best two ratings (avoid Ks and gap power) are the two least important ratings of the five. I have had a ton of guys who are like 4-7-3-5-7ish, and never amount to much of anything. Maybe it's just me. On top of that, I think Maeda's defensive ability and base running made him a much higher rated prospect than his good but not great hitter ratings.
Well, I would argue you have been drafting with some of the best picks. You have made numerous trades for early draft choices and your record usually stinks. The Great One!
