Scratching my head a little on Carolina's off-season. Not sure that Albors money wouldn't have been better spent trying to keep Opio. Obviously I don't know all the dollars and cents, but... hmmmm....

Looks like another Spring Training buying blitz this season. Appears no one is bidding on Kirby, Fortin or Elliott. Seems like a flaw in our structure and a good argument for less FA sims in the future. If people are just going to wait till ST on 90% of the quality guys, would we be better off with four 15 day sims or three 20 day sims in Free Agency instead of six 10 day sims? Just something to think about for the future.

Woah! My player Shawn Mills just went from unranked to #3 prospect overall......and he's a RELIEVER!

We knew he was a stud but I've never seen this before.

He's got 4 pitches and borderline stamina so you could make a starter out of him (If you look at his Profile it says his suggested Role in the BLB is as a starter.) I'm guessing that's why he is rated so high. That and sporting a 15.9 K/9 rate in his Sep callup.

          Noticed him last September

He did start in the minors, we've toyed with it. I think at this time we're gonna keep him in the bullpen but we might let him start a few.

I didn't even see that post before. Nice find.
