On my Mac last night... the first time I tried downloading the file it didn't work. I waited five minutes and tried again... and it did work.

Maybe the connection the ftp isn't strong or something?

Or maybe Andrew didn't have the file completely uploaded when you tried to download the first time?

Just out of curiosity Pat, how'd you get it to work?

I changed operating systems.

God rid of Vista and switched to XP.

I've been having issues but wanted to try once more. When I try to download in-game I get an error message that says "Could not download file."

I had an exception set in windows firewall and just trying disabling it but no luck on either. I also went into my router settings and set it up so my computer wasn't behind the router/firewall and still no luck.

Anything else I can try?

This may sound dumb, but are you ONLY using Windows firewall?

There is a new patch that addresses this.
