For those having any ftp issues, can you follow these steps:

    Open the config/app file (<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/documentation/ootp10/index.php?page=game_configuration_files" target="_blank"><acronym title="Out of the Park Baseball">OOTP</acronym> Baseball Manual - Game Configuration Files)

Set the value for trace_mode to 1 to get some debug info written into the file <acronym title="Out of the Park Baseball">ootp</acronym>.log, and send me the file, please.

Start <acronym title="Out of the Park Baseball">OOTP</acronym>, open the preferences dialog and hit the CTRL+F8 key combination. You should then see the debug streams dialog. Click on “FTP Trace” and then on “Write to file”. Then close the dialog and hit “OK” to close the preferences dialog. Try to upload/download the league file again. This should create a folder “Debug” in your data folder with the file “FTP Trace.txt”. Please attach that file to a post.

I figured out my problem. I had the file extracted to the wrong folder.

However, my transactions are all blank. Not sure if that's normal or not.

Arbitration went pretty well for me. 4/5 that we offered came through but they were all role players that weren't looking for much to begin with. Jimmy Joy got $5 million when the initial estimate was 4.16. I think he could be worth that, but it's more than i wanted to pay.

Not much to do here. I was hoping I'd get a response from the FA I'm trying to sign, but that offer is still pending.

How does the Minor League DL work? It looks to be just 15 days. Can they stay on it longer?

Is there any way to tell what you offered the players in arbitration? I don't remember what I even offered these guys.

It's in your messages showing them who won.

I only screwed by one player. Not sure if I forgot to enter an exta zero in there. John Jennings and his career 5.00 ERA won a case for $5 MM when I offered $280,000.

Actually, I'm sure that if the estimate were $2 MM I would have released him. No way he deserves anywhere close to either figure. Lucky him.

Thanks, I found it. We won a couple of the bigger ones, but lost most of 'em.

I just set it to 14 days which should show up in the next league file. It works the same as the regular DL. The players don't count towards an active roster. You can leave them on as long as they're hurt. You don't need a 60 day minor league DL because there is no 40 man roster. Not sure how it handles players who are on the 40 man roster but in the minor leagues. To me it seems like you should be able to place them on your major league 60 day DL to free up the 40 man spot, but not sure this is the case.

Because of the minor league DL, we'll be cutting roster sizes down to 25 for all minor leagues.

Will there still be a temporary A Ball Roster size increase after the draft so we can make room for the new guys?

Yes, i'm going to be a little stricter about having people reduce it in a timely manner though.
