Looks like there was an error in the FTP settings for the league file download.

I just uploaded a new file with fixed settings but everyone will need to download and extract manually again.

Virginia Colonials: Voided the team option year of SP J. Franklin.
Virginia would like to thank Jeff Franklin for his brief term of service. We enjoyed having him on the team and hope that he regains the Stuff that once made him one of the brightest young prospects in the BLB.

Indianapolis Clowns: 3B W. Deel retires.
