This is one of the more important features for Online Leagues, IMO.

Now when you want to have your scouts look at a few players it doesn't take weeks with them taking 1 day to scout the guy and sitting idle for 6 days until your next export. Heres a screen:

I was on the scouting Beta team for a bit, and I have to say that I love the feature as well. It makes managing scouts so much easier.
