Not sure how I feel about it yet. Is it better when the team that beat you wins or loses?BLB

Saw the file.
SpoilerGood series Chippered.
I can't believe it... I really never thought this day would ever come for California... especially not this quickly.
I think pitching turned out to be the key; at one point Indy went 28 innings without scoring a run. Without Conan Wilkerson and Joe Toapanta, this series, and this season would not have been possible... so big props to them!
I wanted to kill Dave Klaus after he fractured Shannon's finger. I really thought it was the end of the series when that happened... but Dupuis really stepped up and filled the void left by Robby.
I want to thank all of you guys for making the BLB such a fun league. This title means a lot to me, but the friendship we all seem to have with each other means even more.
You guys are awesome!
Now it's time to start working on the defense of my Brewmaster's Championship!

Andrew, do you know what was up with the crowds? For two teams that average over 34,000 a game why did attendance drop to around 27,000 for the series?
Is there some bug in the game where it thinks games played this late count as pre-season? I would have assumed all six games would have sold out if this was real life.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013

You have crappy fans. If it was Batavia it would have been standing room only!
You were 90-72, went to the WS, and pulled in 2,761,807.
We were 72-90, traded all our popular players, and pulled in 2,765,441.
I also just realized everyone else has their tickets at $15 and mine are only at $9.75. Geez.Last edited by Matt; 08-28-2009, 12:40 PM.

My recollection is that a few years ago Maine drew in the low 20s during the finals. I don't know if anyone understands why this happens or not.

I noticed the same thing happen to my team in the championship series in another online league. Consistently selling out every game and then suddenly drawing nearly half in the championship.Denver Bulls
