OOTP X Conversion Vote

Originally I didn't plan on having a vote but it's the best and fairest way to handle it. I haven't seen anybody say they will leave the league if we convert so it will be a simple Yes/No majority rules poll.

I am strongly recommending that we convert after this season based on the following factors:

- New SQL utilities are available for OOTP X (win shares, OPS+, ERA+, HOF standards, awards voting, enhanced draft utility, etc)
- The new features X offers (customizable injuries, arbitration, etc)
- Will be difficult to find new owners the longer we stick with 9
- OOTP X is stable and conversion has worked very well for most leagues
- The conversion to XI will be much easier if we convert to X first
- Makes the commish job much easier with faster report generation

I assume the parameters of the conversion are:

- Pitchers with 50 Endurance will be bumped to 51 pre-conversion
- All outputs in terms of ratings will be "it is what it is"

I voted yes, but please let's try to make the hiatus as short as humanly possible. It seems we have good momentum and I would hate to lose it. Plus I need the BLB to help me get through my workday.

Edit: Alright I bought my copy and am ready to go. Can we start the '88 season in X at the same time we are finishing '87 in 9? First Sim in X tomorrow?

Are we going to use the "low" setting that leagues are having better results with?

I don't think I'm alone in saying I'd rather have slightly to few than way too many.
