I say we go another season with 9. It takes a couple months for a "sim year" right? By then, any new kinks and bugs might be discovered and can make a bit more informed decision.

Won't 11 be out in like 2 months anyways?

I'm with this. Patches scare me without a lot of testing.

Are we rolling out the new feeder system this offseason? If so, I say we convert later.

I think Andrew also tested the new feeder in X.

Alright then, I'm down for whatever then.

I do hate the thought of having to take a break, even if it is only a week or two. I like the momentum we have going at the moment.

But like I said, I won't bitch either way.

I'm up for whatever as well. If the group votes to upgrade I'll be here. If the group votes to stay in the current version I'll be here.

I too would like to avoid any type of hiatus, though I understand a brief interruption would be needed if we move to 10. I would just hate to see a lengthy break (especially if I get knocked out of the playoffs tonight. If that's the case I'll be ready to move to the offseason as quickly as possible).

I'm assuming there will be problems with Vista.

I'm already running OOTP X in Spot's league (PCBL); so I'm good to go, whatever happens.

FWIW, OOTP X is actually the only version I've had operating difficulties with. (I have Mac versions of 2007 and, obviously, 9). But that may be the result of a bad download of the demo/set up file. I can't say I've noticed any improvement in the AI. And so far injuries have been disastrous; but we're only one month into the regular season.

                              Could you elaborate?

I think we're up to 55 of them...for a 20 team league...in the first 3 sims. Of course my team leads with 5.
