They are going to add facial hair, but im not sure they'll be up to our porn stache standards.

They made a nice change in the latest build. Instead of determining the ethnicity from a players country of origin, they determine it by their name. Guys with Japanese last names will look Asian, even if they're American. Guys with Hispanic last names will either get African or Hispanic faces. It's much more realistic.
