Yes they are. I know it's a fictional league but I'd prefer people create their teams in North America to have a little sense of realism. I won't be too strict on this if others don't care, but the major league level teams should be somewhere in the America's.

This also could be subject to change based on the new game. The game now contains a city database but im not sure what it includes or what affect it has on gameplay, if any.

I don't think I'll be able to use Gomorrah in the game. Would you like your team name changed to Los Alimos as well? Los Alimos is in California right?
