ANNOUNCEMENT: BLB 10th Anniversary Teams To Be Announced!

To celebrate the historic 10th season of the relaunched Brewer's League, the Commissioner of the BLB has commissioned an indenpendent panel of baseball experts to chose the 10th Anniversary Team in both the Import and Domestic Leagues.

Over the next few weeks (schedule below), the panel will be unveiling the representatives. The criteria was simple, chose two 25 man rosters - one for each league - that represents the best of the Modern Era BLB. Players who have played in both leagues that are chosed will represent the league they player the majority of their career in.

The scheduled announcements:

Thursday (7/30): IL Starting Rotation
Friday (7/31): DL Starting Rotation

Monday (8/3): IL Positional Starters
Tuesday (8/4): DL Positional Starters

Thursday (8/6): IL Bullpen
Friday (8/7): DL Bullpen

Monday (8/10): IL Bench
Tuesday (8/11): DL Bench

To be honest, I'm not sure there is going to be a ton of controversey. 10 seasons has brought a lot of players... but most of the names are kind of no-brainers.

I think that you definately overestimate the difficulty in getting us to cry and moan.

Nah, but seriously, it doesn't matter to me who makes it. These things are good because it'll help me learn some more names.

I don't know why I haven't dug deeper into the history. I would announce I'd be writing more, but I also have banners I haven't finished. I'm slacking.
