Is the setup the same basically as OOTP as far as the in-game process? How much is the game? Is there a free demo so I can see if I can wrap my mind around this football stuff???

The game is a little rough around the edges but the basic process is the same as the BLB. You make your changes in game, export a file and upload it to the website. After each sim you need to download the new file and unzip it in your save games directory.
