I've never really messed with the Overall/Player Strategy too much. My question is do you guys?

I know secrets are closely guarded but I was just curious. I think I might start tooling around with it since we are out of contention.

I have a "philosophy" that I implemented almost from day 1 and I haven't changed it since. However, there are some players that are exempt in certain situations that I tune individually.

I use player strategy for pitch counts (not all guys but a few starters) & when to pull a pitcher. I also use it for the amount of times a player will steal, bunt for hit, etc (again, only a few guys).

Every so often I tweak the team strategy settings but it's kinda tedious so I hate making changes there. I just did before the last sim because I noticed I had some weird settings. Next offseason I would like to spend more time tweaking those to fit what I think matches my team best.

I definitely monitor pitch counts with my younger pitching prospects. Have a certain pitch count for every year up to 24 years old.

I set and tweaked my overall strategy during the first 2-3 seasons and haven't really touched it since. I set pitch counts for some younger pitchers but otherwise rarely change individual strategy.

I change individual strategy for players when they reach the show. I don't do too much with team strategy unless my team is struggling.
