- Voting will run from now until 9pm ET on Friday July 17
- Manager picks are due by 9pm ET on Sunday July 19
- You have to vote for 1 player at each infield position, 3 OF's, 5 SP's and 5 MR's
- The stats will not be updated after Thursday's sim so for those who are waiting to vote please check the in game stats as well
- You need to be logged into the All-Star Utility in order to vote
- There is NO DH in this years All-Star game. DL DH votes will be ignored
- Ties will be resolved by the appropriate league's manager

I am doing my voting now, and I'm a hater. I hate California and Shannon for shutting Pat(Washington) out of All-Star contention. I also hate the Bats' outfield.

I would like to propose that if Harry Elliott makes the all-star game as a back up, or a starter that his bonus money goes to Wilmington.

I don't feel he has been in California long enough to really count for my team.

16 saves and a 0.74 WHIP for Simmonds is pretty darn good...

In fact, I'd go far as to say that Simmonds and Jayson McQueen both deserve to be in the 'Pen for the IL.

Who knew I'd be so right on the money?

1B - Robby Shannon (.297/.388/.467/.855 - 11 HR - 42 RBI) - Shannon is quickly becoming one of the best OBP guys in all of the IL. Thanks in part to 12 intentional walks out of the 3 spot no less... Shannon is already over 50 walks halfway through the year. Power is finally starting to come around for Robby and the rest of the game is also falling into place. Look for an all-star nod in '87 if Shannon stays healthy.

And one more... Pat and I tried to talk JJ out of it... but he just wouldn't listen when we said Len John was going to be a player.

2nd Base
2nd Base has been a black hole for me ever since the league began. Leal came up in '83 in the second half and tore it up, but he's been horrible since. I tried out John, but he failed, so back to AAA he goes.

You didn't really give John much of a chance. He was doing OK for his first BLB action, IMO.

He was batting under .200

EDIT: Alright, .213, but his OPS was sub-.700
