Just a horrendous 1-5 week.. the same week my 2 biggest opponents reel off 7 straight wins each! I'm 2-7 my last 9 games (all on the road mind you).

Pitching was horrible.
Hitting was horrible.
Defense was adequate.

Ugh.

Finally the Javelinas are winning. To bad Denver decided to do the same, but I'd rather Denver do that then the Rhinos :D .

We're off to our usual slow start this year. But this time it's strange.

McEvoy 1-4 1.77 ERA. If anyone ever hits for him he'll maybe win a game.

Hernandez is having a legendary start. 3-0 with a 1.13 ERA

Cobellan is 2-1 with a 1.29 ERA .

The starting pitching has been insane. But our bats always start out SLOW.

The CPU also seems to be wacky with the lineups.

Just wanna stay in the race as we head down the stretch. Sure would be nice to have Hoover back. :(

My pitchers are playing out of their minds right now. Starters are 1st in ERA, Bullpen is 2nd, team ERA of 2.08. Even my hitters have been coming around lately, that's been our weakness the past couple years. I'm pretty excited with how my team is playing right now. 2-4 the first week, 14-5 since.

It'll probably come crashing down next week.

6-0 this sim including a 3 game sweep of the hated Playboys - got us back in the hunt after a slow start.

Happy to see Joyce pitching as well as he did two years ago after the big injury last year. Top of the rotation looks solid with LaRochelle, Lacour and Joyce but 4th and 5th starters have been a disappointment so far.

Well I got 3 of 4 from Hartford then proceeded to get swept by Los Lunas. It's not as bad as I thought, there was only 1 game where I wasn't winning or tied before going into the 8th... need some help in the pen it seems.

Last years ROTY Joe Cuevas is playing really good this past few weeks and Bill Johnson continues to deliver.

Still staying strong after taking 2 of 3 from Washington and sweeping the Wildcats in Wilmington. Just a game back, we're not going away yet.
