Maine took my guy at #20, so I had a tough time with that last pick. I past on the promising catcher in the first round, so I went there in the 2nd round.

So, I've selected a cather, Fernando Qutez, who I think can eventually play catcher everyday for me, allowing me to move Lumar to DH. I'm actually surprised that this guy wasn't taken earlier, considering the lack of good catchers in the league.

If you want to share, how did your scouts rate this guy?

Everyone thought that he was in very good including 2 who thought he was an absolute stud.

I have to say that this pick was much much tougher than my first one. Probably in part because I was locked in on getting a starting pitcher in the first round. I had about a dozen guys after my initial weeding out to consider before I made my selection. Ugh.

hey guys. sorry about that. my computer crashed over the weekend and i didn't have internet access until i got into work this morning. sounds like maybe the cpu did okay for me.

Stu. I'm gonna try and get the game on my work laptop (and fix my home laptop) but if I don't export for a few sims, that's why. If I can't recover and have to format...any idea how I go about getting the license back?
