      Baltimore is on the clock.
Not to dishearten you, but my scouts didnt like that guy at all. Have him as a 29 and 30 potential. Then again, my guys could be way off.

I'm hoping that we get to my pick tonight! I just might have a sleeper up my sleeves.

Two of my scouts have him in the 60s (including my top pitching scout with 8s in the pitching categories), and the other 2 had him around 30, so I don't know. Could be a great pitcher or a complete bust I suppose.

So, I've selected a cather, Fernando Qutez, who I think can eventually play catcher everyday for me, allowing me to move Lumar to DH. I'm actually surprised that this guy wasn't taken earlier, considering the lack of good catchers in the league.

If you want to share, how did your scouts rate this guy?

All 3 of my scouts had McVean in the lower to mid 50's. Two of them are rated 7 in pitching. His 5 endurances doesn't scare me. I could use him in a long relief role.

Qutez is the #2 catcher on my board, behind Sapiara. None of my scouts have him rated lower than 57, so I like the pick. I considered him as well in my pick. Good catchers are hard to find, so it should work out. He also seems to be the most "ready" of the catchers, his ratings seems pretty advanced already compared to the rest of the class.

My scouts also like McVean, I have very similar ratings as you do. Gotta like that he's a lefty too.

I looked at Sapiara also, but ultimatley, it fell to Qutez, one reason was the fact that he is nearest to being ready.

I'm shocked Qutez lasted this long.

It was between him and Grounds for my pick, and I went with the 2B.

Damn, I wanted Qutez. Good pick. Thank goodness I have a fairly young, capable C right now... but it would've been nice to have something in the wings to take his place. Qutez was the #2 C in my draft board.

                            Good pick Rubisco.

Glad you took him, because I didn't want to have to draft another 2B.

Thanks. I had to make it count... I don't have another pick until the 3rd round.

Make sure that in your OOTP preferences you have it set to use scroll bars and not pages. That should fix your problem.
                                Thanks bro. Worked perfectly.
