I'm having the same issue now. It was working fine last night after I downloaded the file but now the only pending offers that show up are the ones that I updated with the new file.

Just noticed... perhaps my greatest accomplishment since I took over Virginia....
I don't have a single player on the TOP SALARIES list!!!

I think the fix we came up with in the past for this issue is to only open the game once between sims during Free Agency. The offers disappear the 2nd time you open the game.
I just want to verify they're disappearing from mine as well when you export.

When I re-downloaded the file earlier, he was back on there.
Baltimore Bulldogs - BLB since '84
- Porter Champs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12
- Playoffs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '99, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16
- Brewmaster's Cup: '01

I just tested the issue with Carolina and confirmed that the missing players still exist in my copy even after he exported when they had disappeared in his copy.
If you want to be extra careful, only open the game once in between sims but it doesn't look like it will cause an issue if players disappear from your pending offers screen.

How goofy is this? I had my Scout generate my draft lists, and his suggestion for my #1 pick is an OF whose highest Batting Potential rating is a 5. He rates 6 or 7 OFers above the one he's recommending as a #1 pick. WTF? It's not because the guy's a great fielder and/or has great speed.
Splain that one to me, Lucy.

I put in a request to fix this but not sure it was resolved for v10.

I am also pretty skeptical of Andrew's theory that the list uses actual ratings. The first year we used 9, my first pick in the draft was 4 (20) and there was still a guy left who should have gone in the middle of the first round according to the list. Since I wasn't risking much, I decided to pick him and a couple of later picks based strictly on the list even though their scouted ratings sucked. None of the players I picked this way ever cracked my top-20 prospect list and their potential ratings still suck. I'll hang onto 4 (20) for another year or two just to make sure, but I don't see any evidence at all to date that his actual ratings are better than the scouted ones.
Last year all of the early picks made sense both by the list and my scout's ratings. This year, a lot of the highly rated players aren't even in the top 150. At least for me, the top two guys according to scouted ratings are both 1st rounders according to the list though not near the top, so maybe I ought to pursue Clay's suggestion of trying to trade up to get 1 (1) and 1(2).
